We currently have two brand new singlewide homes for rent. Each home is three bedrooms and has two full baths, a 12 x 12 deck off of the back, and is hooked to town sewer and water. $550 per month rent, $550 security deposit, and utilities are not included.
Tenants are responsible for cutting their grass.
Your financial record: If you have a history of paying bills on time, have an average credit score or better and have reliable employment or are a student, you will be a good applicant for us. However, if you have bankrupcies, reposessed cars and a history of not paying bills you will most likely not make it through the applicant process.
